Fitment and Compatibility: Customers are strictly responsible for selecting the exact model corresponding to their specific mobile device or audio accessory prior to ordering. Due to third-party manufacturing variations in original mobile devices, protective cases may require proper alignment during installation. Subjective dissatisfaction regarding weight, perceived thickness, or tactile preference is considered elective buyer remorse and is subject to our standard customer-paid return procedures and restocking fees.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Eon and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, damages, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of applicable laws.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, or the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, depending on the billing entity and fulfillment flow processing your transaction.

SECTION 19 - CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND ARBITRATION
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly agree to abide by our Return & Refund Policy and agree to contact our customer support team first to seek an amicable resolution before filing any formal dispute or chargeback with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor (including PayPal, Klarna, or Affirm).

Fraudulent & Bad-Faith Disputes: Filing a chargeback claiming "item not received" when tracking shows valid dispatch or destination arrival, or claiming "item not as described" without following the mandatory return-for-refund procedure, constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such events, we reserve the full right to submit your complete transaction log, IP address, delivery confirmation, email correspondences, and signed acceptance of these Terms to the adjudicating financial institution. Customers who initiate bad-faith disputes agree to reimburse The Eon for any associated chargeback investigation fees, administrative costs, and reasonable collection/legal expenses.
