Express Shipping:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be delivered within 10-15 business days in most countries.
  • Shipping Fee: Standard Shipping is free on orders exceeding specific amounts, which vary by location.

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any shipping delays.

Additional Information

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, including:

  • Your order number
  • The carrier’s information
  • The date and time the order was placed
  • The order status
  • Package tracking numbers for items that have shipped

You can track your items on the carrier’s official website after 24 hours.

Once your order arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over. This means you’ll be able to track your parcel on your local postal service’s website using the same tracking number. If tracking shows that the parcel couldn’t be delivered for any reason, please contact your local post office for more information, as they will have more details about the delivery.
