Order Cancellations

Please note that we do not allow order cancellations because each case we sell is a customized, one-of-one product that is immediately sent to our factory for production. As a result, every order is unique and produced specifically for the individual customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Processing Time:
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days.
  • If you paid by credit card or debit card, the refund will be processed by your issuing bank within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods or cancellation request.

For further inquiries, please contact your issuing bank.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Refund Confirmation: You will receive a refund confirmation email.

Return Fees

There is no restocking fee for returns. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs fees that may apply, especially for international returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
